In these hands-on, intensive workshops, you will learn to work internationally, exploring and documenting one of Europe's most beautiful and historic cultural capitals. Taking full advantage of the workshops’ location and hard-to-get access to many of the city’s cultural treasures, you will learn to tell this city's stories and develop the ability to create deeper visual essays about any location.
Instructors will include top North American and Czech photographers, as well as guest lecturers on Prague's history, art, architecture, and contemporary life. And as you get to know Prague, instructors will get to know you through daily one-on-one reviews of your work and group presentations.
Special Instructor: Award-winning photographer Robert Caputo. Since 1980 Bob Caputo has been a regular contributor to National Geographic. His work has also appeared in Geo, Natural History, Life, Time, Outside Audobon and Scientific America. Bob has published photographic essay books and has authored National Geographic field guides in photography.
