Bruce Jaranian
Director, Career Services – Waltham, MA Campus

Bruce has been in the counseling/coaching industry for over twenty years having spent eight of those years in the Education field. Bruce attributes much of his success to his ability to network with people and companies which is a strong need in the success of procuring job openings for the programs offered at CDIA.

Seth Novick
Director, Career Services – Washington, DC Campus

Seth has been working in creative staffing and employment since 1998, when he joined Randstad, an international staffing and employment solutions provider. He began as a recruiter, eventually becoming the Practice Manager and Subject Matter Expert for the Creative Division, and has worked with some of the most well respected companies locally and nationally to place individuals in various digital arts industries. As a former freelancer and recruiter, he has first hand knowledge of what it takes to be successful in graphic design, interactive design, multimedia and animation, TV/video production, photography and illustration.

Seth has also been an adjunct instructor, is actively involved in the creative community as a speaker and is a member of the Art Director’s Club of Metropolitan Washington (ADCMW) and AIGA. He holds a BFA in Medical Illustration from the Rochester Institute of Technology and an MFA in Illustration from the Savannah College of Art and Design.

Sue Brien
Career Services Specialist – Waltham, MA Campus

Sue has been in the higher education field for over 18 years. She spent the last ten years in career services where she concentrated on counseling and employer development/relations. Workshop development and facilitation is one of her strengths. In the last year, Sue volunteered her time at the Career Place in Woburn where she delivered presentations to individuals during their job search or career change.
