As a result of the Waltham MA Campus Career Fair, interviews have already taken place (and will continue into next week) with several attendees for openings with Astonish Results, 3DVia, Robotech, and Neoscape, and we are awaiting the news regarding offers. Coffee Pond Photography has their eye on a dozen CDIA students and alumni to bring in for further interviewing. C2i Studios, Inc. and Black Screen Studios were very impressed with the caliber of attendees and are continuing discussions with several “crossover” candidates with skills in 3D animation and film/special effects.

Partnerships are currently forming with Defective Studios for Needlemouse: The Emerald Hills, their debut title in platformer-style games, and with Flying Cloud Animation on their short animated film projects. These are both companies formed and run by BUCDIA 3D Animation Alumni. And Patricia from Finally Fit and Healthy was “so impressed by the talent, creativity and energy of your students and graduates” that she invited 15 people to our Gallery Opening on June 4, 2010!
