Aimee Corrigan

BIO

Aimee is the Director of the Practicum Program at CDIA at Boston University. She works to create opportunities for CDIA students with not-for-profit organizations in the Boston and Washington, DC areas.

Inspired by the positive impact of digital media, Aimee also works as a documentary producer and photographer. Her work been published by the United Nations, the BBC Online, the Boston Globe, TED, Current TV and Wired Magazine. She is also a regular contributor for Life is Good Inc. and Project Joy.

In 2006, Aimee was the Associate Producer and Still Photographer for the CDIA funded, award-winning documentary film, "This Is Nollywood”. In partnership with filmmakers Bob Caputo, Franco Sacchi and Bond Emeruwa, she is currently in development of The Nollywood Workshops, a global initiative to bring training and resources to independent filmmakers in Africa.
